Re:“Amalgamation won’t benefit residents,” letter, Aug. 15.
The writer points out the Amalgamation Yes poll is flawed and does not reflect the views of the 350,000 residents in the Capital Regional District. He proceeds to state: “The fact remains most area residents are satisfied with their local government.”
How does he know? Let’s have a referendum.
