An Abundance of Appointments

In addition to the 13 Greater Victoria municipal governments with 91 mayors and councillors, the Capital Region District Board is comprised of 21 appointments from those municipalities and from 3 electoral areas (Salt Spring, Juan de Fuca and Southern Gulf Islands).

Each Board member has Weighted Voting privileges that allow her/his vote to be multiplied based on the population of the municipality they represent.

For Board member contact information, see CRD

Each CRD Board Director 2018 below is appointed to represent the interests of their home municipality or electoral area.
