Amalgamation won't save cash, but still positive

My wife and I live in Saanich.
We want the many municipalities in the Victoria area amalgamated.
We don't expect costs to go down significantly, but at least there will be one body making decisions.
I will vote against Saanich Mayor Leonard because of his refusal to let us vote on this issue.
We will vote for any provincial party that unites our municipalities
